Here at St. Paul’s we’re committed to seeing people of all ages grow in their discipleship of Jesus Christ. We do this by ensuring that we have opportunities for all ages to engage appropriately with ‘the stuff of faith’. Our vision is that no-one stands alone but are all part of a group (or a cluster) and engaged in discipleship in this deeper way, alongside others. Our vision is for all to belong, where we’re invited, prayed for, cared for and encouraged.
Home Groups: home groups where folk can gather in an informal, safe space to explore our faith, our prayer life, our understanding of scripture, our level of openness to one another and to what the Lord might be doing.
Cluster gatherings: the place where two/three people can come together and be intentional in their discipleship.
1:1 Discipleship: open to anyone who has a need, whether that is because times are difficult or that they just have a hunger to grow and move on in their faith.
Alpha: Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore the basis of the Christian faith. It’s for anyone who’s interested in exploring questions of life and spirituality. The talks are designed to encourage debate and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, honest and informal environment.
18-30s Group: A group for all those in this age group, meeting regularly on a Thursday.
To discuss membership of a Home Group, or any of the above, please contact Mark Payne (LLM) or Revd Jim Findlay.
